Non-Invasive Summer Treatments
Non-invasive treatments are perfect for the summertime if you want quick, result-driven options that require little to no downtime. These aesthetic treatments do not require surgery or other invasive methods. With non-invasive treatments you can improve the appearance of the skin, spend less money, and reduce the risk of complications which is perfect for client’s trying to enjoy their lives throughout the summer.
Facials:
A facial is a non-invasive skin treatment that can improve skin health, address skin concerns and promote relaxation. The steps and products used are personalized depending on the patient’s individual needs at the time of the facial. These treatments are recommended monthly, require no downtime and will leave your skin glowing and hydrated!
Microneedling:
Microneedling also known as “collagen induction therapy” is a minimally invasive procedure that uses tiny needles to puncture the skin. The needles create microscopic holes in the skin which promote the production of collagen and elastic fibers to heal wounds. This procedure can help reduce fine lines and wrinkles, shrink pores, fade acne scars, stretch marks and pigmentation.
Microneedling is recommended once a month for a series 3 treatments and then quarterly for maintenance. There is mild downtime for approximately 24 hours, with slight redness which will fade and leave the skin looking brighter and more radiant.
Botox & Dermal Fillers:
Botox is a neurotoxin that is used to temporarily smooth fine lines and wrinkles such as frown lines, crows feet, and forehead creases. Botox can also be used to treat other areas including under eyes, jawline, chin and decolletage (neck).
Dermal Fillers are intended to improve the appearance of the skin by restoring volume, increasing hydration, plumping up wrinkled areas and smoothing fine lines. Fillers are fantastic if you wish to enhance your natural features and maximize a youthful appearance. Both treatments are safe all year round, non-invasive, and with minimal to no downtime.
Dermaplaning:
Dermaplaning is a minimally invasive procedure with no downtime that uses a medical-grade scalpel to remove and exfoliate the top layers of the skin. This treatment is a great way to get rid of unwanted peach fuzz, resulting in increased penetration of products, brighter and healthier skin. Exfoliating is important in the summer because higher temperatures and humidity can lead to oilier skin, which creates dead skin cell build up over time.
Hydrojelly Masks:
Hydrojelly masks are a jelly-like mask which are crucial for adding hydration to the skin in the summer! These masks provide multiple benefits to the skin such as hydration, moisturizing, smoothing, conditioning/toning the skin and reducing inflammation. Hydrojelly masks are safe for all skin types and prevent clogged pores, helping to promote healthy, hydrated skin. Plus they feel fabulous and are customized to your skin type and condition!
Celluma LED Therapy:
Light-Emitting Diode (LED) therapy promotes anti-aging effects and reduces inflammation. The benefits include an increase in the amount of collagen in the skin and can reduce the appearance of wrinkles and aging. LED therapy is non-invasive, requires no downtime, and can be used to help treat acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, scarring and sun damage.
Rejuvenation Peel:
This “no peel, peel” is a 30% Glycolic Acid chemical peel that exfoliates, removes dead skin cells, helps active acne/scars, cleans out pores, and improves texture and skin tone. Glycolic Acid is an AHA derived from sugar cane. This treatment is perfect for the summertime as the skin does not peel as with stronger chemical peels. Staying out of the sun for 24 hours is required and you can resume normal activities the next day.
