How Does Restylane® Eyelight Work?

Restylane® Eyelight is the first FDA-approved hyaluronic acid dermal filler approved specifically for treating under-eye hollows, filling in the grooves under the eyes for smooth, natural-looking results. Dark shadows under the eyes are a consistently reported aesthetic concern among consumers across all ages, genders and ethnicities.

Using cross-linking NASHA® gel technology, Restylane® Eyelight boosts volume when injected into the tear trough area, improving under-eye bags and dark shadows created by a lack of volume under the eye. Restylane® Eyelight is formulated with NASHA® technology, a firm gel that stays where injected, to provide targeted support and placement with low water absorption.

A topical numbing will be applied during your treatment and the Restylane® syringe is infused with lidocaine for optimum comfort. The treatment is well tolerated with minimal to no downtime. Restylane® lasts 1 year depending, so this is when re-treatment can be expected.
