What’s in My Skincare Travel Bag?
Hydration is key! Before, during, AND after a big trip — especially for air travel! Pack light, but be sure to focus on the essentials. Decide what your bare minimum products are. For most, it’s our favorite cleanser, Vitamin C serum, eye cream, moisturizer, and sunscreen for protection. Here are some recommendations:
Cleanser- Revision Skincare Brightening Facial Wash; rejuvenating cleanser that removes make-up and impurities. Leaves skin feeling refreshed and contains alpha & beta hydroxy acids that are great for the skin when traveling.
Vitamin C Serum- Skinbetter Science Alto Advanced Defense Serum; The best product to protect your skin against environmental stressors while traveling. Supports and energizes the skin for a healthier-looking appearance.
Eye Cream- Revision Skincare DEJ Eye Cream; Don’t skimp on the eye cream! This eye cream rejuvenates, brightens, tightens and hydrates the eye area which is essential when on the go. It also has a cold medal tip for application, which cools the skin and helps decrease puffiness. Essential for traveling!
Moisturizer- Skinbetter Science Trio; Non-Comedogenic moisturizer that provides hydration to the skin utilizing ceramides, lipids and your skin’s natural moisturizing factors.
Sunscreen- Revision Skincare Intellishade Clear or Physical; This anti-aging product moisturizes and protects the skin with Broad Spectrum SPF 45. A great all in one product to use as the last step before you put on your makeup.
Travel can also cause unexpected stress, which may throw off your skin’s balance. Restore balance by staying consistent with your skincare routine while traveling. And also- don’t skimp on the sunscreen. Yes, you need it on the plane! Yes, you need it in cold weather! Sunscreen is the first line of defense for your skin’s health and anti-aging regimen.
